Can I have my order delivered by express?
We use the standard shipping method for shipping. Which means that the artwork will be delivered within 5 to 7 days after ordering. For deliveries outside Europe the shipping time is 10 to 12 days.
An express delivery can be placed on request. Do this by placing your order and contacting us via the contact form. For express deliveries, costs are charged. This depends on the country. Contact us for further information.
Is it possible to pick up my order?
It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders yourself.
Can I change my delivery address after my order?
After placing your order, we immediately get started. The delivery address can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. we advise you to contact us as soon as possible once you have placed the order.
How can I pay?
We work with PayPal for all payments. PayPal is known world wide because of its secure payments. You can easily create an account and choose your payment options.
What if my artwork was delivered damaged?
Please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you should refuse receipt. Then, please contact us immediately, so that we can order a replacement. To allow a quick handling of the situation, it is helpful if you can e-mail us photographic documentation of the damage. What you can do here.
If you have already received the work before you notice damage, please contact us as soon as possible. Keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary.
Can I buy a work that is not in the shop?
If you have seen a picture in our photo gallery that you would like. No problem. These are only offered as a limit edition and only 1 of them will be printed. Regardless of the big ones.
Prices are only on request.
How will the work be delivered?
We ship all artworks to custom, safe art packaging with the help of our certified shipping partners. Regardless of the delivery options or the product.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, a message will be left for you so that you can contact the courier to arrange a suitable date.
